About Me

I have been doing this work for 18 years and still love it - when clients turn insights into new ways of working or approach conversations differently.

And how these changes don't just produce better outcomes and stronger relationships – but my clients see themselves in a new light – and things that seemed out of reach previously become achievable. I am known for being thoughtful, practical and approachable - drawing on my business experience and significant coaching training.

I've worked with leading Australian organisations in Professional services, construction, energy, pharmaceuticals, government and the community sectors - from start-ups to global companies - firms known for their high standards, complex work and talented people.

I exchange ideas with a global network of consultants and sometimes collaborate with them on projects. I also collaborate with my partner Jill Murphy of jillmurphymediation.com.au and Lysander on some leadership projects. I have 3 adult children and my interests include music, reading, surfing as well as being a long suffering Carlton supporter.
